Welcome to Day 1 of the challenge!WYN (what you need): your body, your full attentionCongratulations on committing to yourself, your dance and physical growth for a month. I hope you find the motivation here to get back on track and to keep it going for a long time.My goal is that you feel equipped and inspired to keep practicing by yourself as long as the context requires it and that it becomes part of your standard practice even after that.If you haven’t found an accountability buddy yet, it is still time to go to the: 30 Day Movement Challenge Group on Facebook and find one. That is also where you will post your 5-10s video everyday if you would like to keep accountable, see your progress and have the chance to win an online private with me: 3 lucky and brave persons that will have posted every day will win one!!!Today is your most “standard” or “boring” day. We are not necessarily doing anything new or that you have not heard about, we are doing a check up to see where we start at: How am I feeling? How is my body feeling? Are my dance notions still integrated? Every video will go fast and be short, remember that you can keep practicing during the day if you feel like doing more, but I wanted to make sure it was a time span that was doable for everybody.Remember, record yourself every day as you go: it’s a bit painful at first, when you are not used to it, but it is one, if not, the best tool you can use when you are training by yourself.Let me know how it goes and THANK YOU for joining me!

Welcome to Day 2 WYN: mat, water, towelI hope you are feeling well today. We start strong with a core workout. Doing this will help you so much with your posture, your balance, feeling grounded and even feeling your frame engagement better. Do not let the words strength, workout or core scare you: you can do it! I give many variations for different levels of fitness, so listen to your body. Push yourself so you can feel the burn, but do not overdo it and injure yourself. You've got this!

Welcome to Day 3WYN: random objects I hope you are a little bit sore from yesterday, but not too much. 😉 Today’s video was shot in two parts since I am having some difficulties with my phone, the next ones will be filmed with the front camera so the visual quality will be a bit less, but you will be able to see every important piece just fine and have a good audio.Keep an open mind as we are diving into deeper and weirder explorations. Give yourself the gift of not giving a …., allow yourself to explore, to fail, to succeed, to be weird, to be amazing and to be free. The freer you get, the bigger the tree of possibility grows for you!

Welcome to Day 4WYN: mat, water, towelIt felt so good, I almost went over the 30m max I promised… ouf! I am really happy to be sharing some yoga with you. I have not talked about it a lot, but I did my yoga teacher’s certification in Thailand a few years ago and wow; I just love this discipline so much. I think it is impossible to not like yoga, it is possible you have not encountered the yoga you like… so I highly hope you are going to appreciate this one. Let me know how it goes and remember to do the variation your body wants you to do!

Welcome to Day 5
WYN: pen, paper, comfortable chair, earbuds, patience
I hope this day finds you well, as always. This one is going to require a lot of mental concentration. The mental can be such a good tool when used right and I am giving you one of the keys today to help you use it towards your understanding of musicality.
If you have done musical maps before, that might be an easier day for you, so I suggest you pick a weird song, with weird phrasing and try to write it down. If this is all new to you, stay concentrated and try to see if you can finish the song by yourself. If you are a musician… I’m sorry this is going to ruin your brain, remember we are talking in dancer’s terms.
I hope this goes well for you and do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Welcome to Day 6
WYN: maybe a wall to help, the shoes you normally dance with or want to get used in dancing with 😉
Good day beautiful people. You might have seen me do this one on a crazy Tik Tok video, well, it was not only to make it funny: it is an actual drill I do throughout the day. If you have been in the daily life of professional movers, you will notice they tend to do weird things when they walk, stand, sit… we just love mobility and integration and the more you integrate mobility in your daily life, the more it becomes second nature and the more you free your mind to actually have time to be WITH your partner and IN the dance when the time comes.
Have fun!
