Welcome to Day 1 of the challenge!WYN (what you need): your body, your full attentionCongratulations on committing to yourself, your dance and physical growth for a month. I hope you find the motivation here to get back on track and to keep it going for a long time.My goal is that you feel equipped and inspired to keep practicing by yourself as long as the context requires it and that it becomes part of your standard practice even after that.If you haven’t found an accountability buddy yet, it is still time to go to the: 30 Day Movement Challenge Group on Facebook and find one. That is also where you will post your 5-10s video everyday if you would like to keep accountable, see your progress and have the chance to win an online private with me: 3 lucky and brave persons that will have posted every day will win one!!!Today is your most “standard” or “boring” day. We are not necessarily doing anything new or that you have not heard about, we are doing a check up to see where we start at: How am I feeling? How is my body feeling? Are my dance notions still integrated? Every video will go fast and be short, remember that you can keep practicing during the day if you feel like doing more, but I wanted to make sure it was a time span that was doable for everybody.Remember, record yourself every day as you go: it’s a bit painful at first, when you are not used to it, but it is one, if not, the best tool you can use when you are training by yourself.Let me know how it goes and THANK YOU for joining me!
